Verify your email

Free rank checks stay locked until the owner's primary email is verified. Paid plans are not gated this way.

Steps

1. Open the verification message from the sign-in provider and confirm the address.
2. Pinhelm stores that status when the account update arrives. There is no separate Verify button in Settings.
3. Return to Rankings and run a check.

Result

A Free rank check proceeds. Before verification, the API responds: "Verify your email to use Free scan credits."

Tips

• Only the organization owner's primary address counts.
• If you already had an account before verification was recorded, open the user in the sign-in provider and save it so Pinhelm receives the update.
• Do not mark every user verified in the database. The flag comes from the account update.
