Step 1
Add the Google Business Profile to the organization. Free and Starter include 1 tracked profile, Pro 10, and Agency 40.
Step 2
Choose a point (Teleport), several pins, or a geo-grid. Pinhelm reads live Google Maps results through SerpApi. Each pin uses one scan credit.
Step 3
AI Studio writes a GBP post, a review reply, a description, Q&A, category suggestions, or photo alt text. You copy it out. Nothing is sent to Google.

A Chrome extension in the repository can read a Google Maps page you already have open. There is no Chrome Web Store listing, so there is nothing to install yet.
Profiles keep an audit score. Audit types in the product are basic, review, post, website, and photo. A profile can also show a competitor comparison from the sets you store.
The feed records category, name, and address changes and new reviews when an extraction is submitted. A job every 6 hours flags incomplete profiles and possible duplicates. Teammates are invited by email. Agency adds white-label PDF reports, a client portal link, bulk export, and a read-only API for profiles and snapshots.

A rank check looks up one keyword at one or more coordinates in Google Maps through SerpApi. Modes are a single point (labeled Teleport in the dashboard), multi-pin, and geo-grid. One scan credit is one map pin. Free includes 9 scan credits a month, which is one 3×3 check, after the owner email is verified. Those credits reset each month and do not roll over. Starter includes 200, Pro 700, and Agency 1,750. A simulated transport exists for offline development only.
Pinhelm does not rank your business. It reports where a tracked profile appears for a keyword in Google Maps results. Changing that position is work you do on the profile and the site.

No. AI Studio drafts a post, a review reply, a business description, Q&A, category suggestions, or photo alt text, and stores the draft in Pinhelm. It does not post, reply, or edit the profile on Google. There is no Google write client in the product.
AI Studio is not included on Free. Starter includes 100 credits a month, Pro 1,000, and Agency 4,000. The Agency number is a hard cap. One credit is 1,000 tokens, rounded up, with a minimum of 1 credit when a call uses tokens. An identical repeat for the same organization can be served from a 24-hour cache without another credit. An empty or truncated model reply refunds the reserved credit.
No. There is no Chrome Web Store listing. The extension in the repository is not something you can install from the store. It is marked coming soon.
Free is $0. Starter is $29 a month or $290 a year. Pro is $99 a month or $990 a year. Agency is $249 a month or $2,490 a year. A 14-day Pro trial needs a card and caps usage at 100 scan credits and 50 AI credits.
The dashboard can record category, name, and address changes and new reviews when a profile extraction is submitted. A scheduled job every 6 hours checks tracked profiles for missing fields and possible duplicates. The plan table also stores a monitoring interval (daily, every 6 hours, or hourly). That per-plan interval is not what the scheduler uses today.
