Fix a common problem

You can match the message on screen to the next step.

Use the sentence on the page. These are the ones the product actually returns.

Steps

"Verify your email to use Free scan credits." Confirm the owner's email, then try the check again. See Verify your email.
"This plan cannot schedule rank checks." You are on Free. Run the check with Run check, or change plan. See Schedule scans.
AI Studio is missing. An admin turned AI off in Settings. Turn it on, or ask an admin.
"Stripe is not configured on this environment." Billing buttons cannot open Checkout until the server has Stripe keys. Your plan is unchanged.
Export timed out. The download worker is not finishing the file. Try again when the worker is running.
"Could not load profiles." Refresh. If it continues, the API did not answer.

The screen either completes the task or shows the same message with a clear cause.

A failed, empty, or timed-out AI draft includes the words "No credits were charged." You can try again.
Rank checks and Checkout can be refused when the region is not supported.
Monitoring looks for incomplete profiles and possible duplicates on a 6-hour sweep. It is separate from rank-check schedules.
