Who you're contracting with
These Terms are between you and Fitzhue Enterprise LLC ("Pinhelm," "we," "us"), 5900 Balcones Drive, Suite 100, Austin, TX 78731.
The service
Pinhelm is a web dashboard for tracking Google Business Profiles, running Google Maps rank checks, auditing profiles, and drafting profile copy. The Chrome extension is not offered as a store install. Sign-in and the dashboard are on the app host.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and are not located in the European Economic Area (the EU, Iceland, Liechtenstein, or Norway) or the United Kingdom.
Accounts
You need an account through the configured auth provider (Clerk in production) to use the dashboard. You are responsible for the activity in your organization, including invites you send.
Plans
Free, Starter, Pro, and Agency limits are enforced by the API from the plan table: tracked profiles, ranking runs, geo-grid size, AI credits, seats, white-label reports, and API access. Free is $0 and includes 9 scan credits a month (one 3×3 check, needs a verified email). Starter is $29/month. Pro is $99/month and has a 14-day trial. Agency is $249/month. Starter, Pro, and Agency are billed through Stripe. Agency includes 4,000 AI credits per month as a hard cap.
Fees, trials, and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe, monthly or annual, and renew automatically until canceled. The 14-day Pro trial requires a card; if not canceled before it ends, you're charged the then-current Pro price. Cancel anytime from billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with no partial refunds for unused time.
Failed payment
We may suspend paid features until a failed payment is resolved, after a reasonable attempt to notify you.
Governing law
Governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are brought exclusively in state or federal courts in Travis County, Texas.
Rank checks and drafts
Rank positions come from a third-party Google Maps search (SerpApi when that transport is configured). They can be wrong or incomplete. Pinhelm does not publish it for you, and it does not promise a change in rank.
AI Studio output
AI Studio drafts are a starting point, not finished, reviewed, or verified content. You're responsible for reviewing anything you publish based on a draft, including for accuracy and compliance with Google's own policies. You own the drafts you generate. Using AI Studio sends your input to DeepSeek for processing — see the Privacy Policy's international-transfers section.
Acceptable use
No running rank checks or scraping at a volume/frequency designed to circumvent plan limits, reselling access outside your plan's seat count, or interfering with the Service's operation.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months before the claim arose. No liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost rankings.
Ending the relationship
Close your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Data handling on closure follows the Privacy Policy's retention terms.
General
Severability, no assignment without consent (except in a merger/acquisition/sale of assets), and email notice to account owners before material changes to these Terms take effect.
