Who we are
Pinhelm is a product of Fitzhue Enterprise LLC, 5900 Balcones Drive, Suite 100, Austin, TX 78731, United States. Contact: ops@pinhelm.com.
What the product stores
The dashboard stores an organization, its members and email invitations, the Google Business Profile fields you enter or import, audit snapshots, rank-check keywords and coordinates, monitoring events, and AI Studio prompts and outputs. AI calls also record the provider, model, token counts, and an estimated cost. Billing stores a Stripe customer id on the organization when checkout is used.
Sign-in
Accounts use Clerk when it is configured. The sign-in and sign-up screens are on the app host. Clerk receives the account data required to authenticate you. The product code does not implement its own password store.
Who we share it with
Clerk (authentication), SendGrid (Clerk's sign-in emails), Stripe (billing), SerpApi (Google Maps rank data), DeepSeek, accessed through an OpenAI-compatible API (drafts your AI Studio content), Cloudflare (DNS and encrypted backups), Gmail (where inbound mail to our support address is forwarded), and Tencent Cloud Lighthouse (application hosting). Sentry (error monitoring) and a transactional email provider will be added here once live.
Where your data is processed
Most of our processors operate in the United States: Tencent Cloud Lighthouse (Silicon Valley), Cloudflare R2 backups (Eastern North America), Clerk and SendGrid, and Stripe and SerpApi as US companies. The one exception is AI Studio: prompts and drafts sent to DeepSeek are processed and stored in the People's Republic of China, under DeepSeek's own privacy policy. AI Studio and international transfers
When you use AI Studio, the text you submit and the draft it returns are sent to and stored by DeepSeek (Hangzhou DeepSeek AI Co.), which operates in and processes data in the People's Republic of China. By using AI Studio, you consent to this transfer. If your organization restricts sending data to processors in mainland China, don't use AI Studio, or contact us about disabling it for your organization.
Cookies
The marketing pages load Google Analytics only when NEXT_PUBLIC_GA_MEASUREMENT_ID is set at build time. That value is empty by default, and an empty value adds no analytics script and no analytics cookie. This app does not include a Google or Bing site-verification meta tag. Domain verification is a DNS TXT record kept outside the repository. The dashboard keeps a theme preference and the selected organization id in local storage. Clerk sets the cookies it needs for the session when you sign in.
How long we keep it
We retain your account and organization data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete your organization's data within 30 days, except records we're required to keep longer for tax, accounting, or legal reasons.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your data by emailing ops@pinhelm.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted backups, encrypted connections, and access controls. No system is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
If something goes wrong
If a breach affects your personal data, we'll notify you and any authority we're required to notify, without undue delay.
Age
Pinhelm is not directed to, and should not be used by, anyone under 18.
Where this service is offered
Pinhelm is offered to businesses and individuals in the United States and other jurisdictions outside the European Economic Area (the European Union's member states, plus Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway) and the United Kingdom. It is not directed to, and should not be used by, individuals located in the EEA or UK.
Changes to this policy
We'll post updates here and change the "last edited" date. Material changes are also emailed to account owners.
